During the process transformation of electric equipment in large-scale and standardized production, MultiPower Company has successively designed and manufactured large comprehensive detection equipment, such as SWTS switch mechanical characteristics test system, BI-3 circuit breaker running-in test system, FT-II circuit breaker final detection test system, VCSM vacuum degree test system and GTM full-automation temperature rise test system, etc; and better foundation has been laid for the switch manufacturing enterprise to improve the competitive advantage of the product and stand in the market firmly.
MultiPower transferred backbone technical force to set up Shaanxi Botai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. in May 2013. A series of production and detection automation equipment including automatic detection production line of VI, detection automatic line of embedded pole production assembly, production assembly line of circuit breaker, production assembly line of switchgear, etc have been designed and researched for the manufacturing enterprises, such as VI, embedded pole, circuit breaker, switchgear, etc. Based on the ripe electronic special equipment, the Company has strong ability in aspects of researching, developing and manufacturing non-standard automation equipment, automation production line, logistics convey line and frock clamp, so that Botai has the automation technology integrated with power automation production and detection. The utility model patens of embedded pole assembly production line and detection line for VI were obtained in 2014. Multiple intellectual properties relating to machinery, control and detection technology are being declared; and the Company applied the national high-tech enterprise in 2015.
